A. Hi Tina,
The electro muscle stimulation causes the particular muscle being treated to contract and relax.
The 2 metal points on the device only need to work on the motor points of each specific muscle group being treated.
The muscle motor point is a very small "target" and some "trial & Error" should not cause any muscular discomfort.

Try other positions.
Even a slight movement in a different location around the muscle may suffice.

Thank you for your enquiry.
The manufacturers provide the first 12 months warranty. Bodytone Medical & Health Supplies covers the remaining 4 years.

We have our own repair personnel.
